1 /5 Ariel Matticks: The manager at this location is extremely rude. I didn’t get a chance to fill out a deposit slip, as the line was huge. Due to COVID, I did not feel like being around other people filling it out. She says to me in a passive aggressive tone, “It really helps when you have your deposit slip filled out, especially when there’s a line.” I was at a loss for words, how unprofessional and unacceptable for a manager. I had a cash deposit, and a coin deposit. She had no idea how to put these two things into my account, and had to ask a regular employee. I’ll tell you that girl should be promoted to manager. I don’t know how a MANAGER does not know how to do a simple deposit. I felt like a bother to her, nothing about her was welcoming or inviting. I never had such a poor experience in my life. Absolutely pathetic. I plan on moving to Chime or Wells Fargo down the street…
