1 /5 Jenna Foreman: This man is my UNCLE. I rented an apartment above his business for almost 2 years. When I first moved in him and his wife would fix things as needed without a problem. After about a year it was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of, and most of the time after I asked for something to get fixed he would have his wife send me nasty, harassing texts. The extra room that was converted from a porch had the ceiling completely cave in this winter after all of the ice melted. They refused to fix it. I had to call off that day and immediately move all of my stuff from that room. Numerous other leaks/broken appliances around the apartment they refused to take care. The most recent time I asked for things to be fixed, Keith told me to find somewhere else to live. So I did, which took about a month. After I was all moved out, he refused to return my security deposit. He also treats my neighbor/the other tenant poorly too. She has an entire room she can’t use because of water leaks. Now of course, he is very accommodating to his airBNBs in the basement and brags about how much money he profits from them. DO NOT rent from this man. Also, DO NOT have him do your taxes. Not only will he not do them, he will refuse to return your documents (regardless if you are friend or family). Steer clear!

To withhold a young single girl’s security deposit bc you wouldn’t fix problems and she was forced to move! He is manipulative and vindictive! Do not rent from him! Ever! Not to be trusted

1 /5 maranda finger: Recently my friend rented off of Keith ,he is her Uncle, and he would either take a very long time to help fix things around the apartment or he wouldn’t do it at all. He neglected to fix multiple leaks around the place. One of the leaks caused the ceiling to cave in. Took multiple attempts at asking him to get her appliances fixed for her when they weren’t working (the refrigerator and dish washer) he never did fix the dishwasher .. the last time she asked him to fix take care of the leaks and fix the dishwasher he told her that she should start looking for another place to stay, so she did that. she did nothing to that apartment to cause any damage !! any damage that was done was from the roof leaking and he obviously is too cheap to fix it, and he wouldn’t give her her security deposit back. I would not recommend renting from him ..

1 /5 Sarah Mac-Falcon: My friend who rented an apartment from Keith had an absolutely awful experience with him as a "landlord". Nothing ever got fixed, or if it did it took months. When she asked about a timeline for broken items, he would just ignore her texts until she stopped asking. The only thing he cared about was getting his money on time. And they were related. If thats how you treat your family, I wouldnt want anything to do with any of his businesses.

1 /5 Jamie Kagarise: I went to look at this apartment. It was awful. I wish I had photos. The smell of mold and just the smell of mildew. Nothing was updated. But the holes in the wall were still there and the water damage. I’m glad I made the right choice and did not even give that place a chance.
