Because of your unbelievable policy where the customer is not permitted to use your restroom is negative towards your company. She had to walk outside to Hobby Lobby to use a restroom.

Perhaps you need a minimum amount of money to get his attention/ recalls which apparently I do not have. Unless you are rich he will ghost you and that is unacceptable.
