We never could figure out the best approach and we were scared to act because we felt like we were just guessing at what we should do. Having young kids, our priority was to make sure we had enough money, so our student debt just sat over us like a dark cloud. Arlean Spayd Weve been going there for quite a few years now. My brother goes there. Thats how I found out about him. We used to go to h&r block. But it got chaotic. Seemed like every year we got a new person who didnt know everything and had to ask other people for help. And the price kept jumping higher and higher. Jay is reasonable. Hes on top of things.
