desertmonsoon1 Customer of this bank for 25 years. They are a descent bank. However, consistently are a nightmare to obtain a new bank card from or withdraw larger sums of money. I often need new cards as they wear quickly. Checks are very expensive.

My questions were always answered within a business day if not quicker. I appreciate everyone at Regency who insured that my loan would be processed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Paul Samolovitch I was very happy with Eddie who handles my loans. The negative piece of our visit is your bathroom policy. My wife is crippled and needs a cane to walk around. Because of your unbelievable policy where the customer is not permitted to use your restroom is negative towards your company. She had to walk outside to Hobby Lobby to use a restroom.
