Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

anthony rose Not very good when it comes to returns and then when you try to remove your money they hit you with fees that they neglect to tell you when you sign up.

Chad McKee We have struggled for years about how best to spend and save money, while trying to pay off student loans that have outrageous interest accruing, even thought we mad payments and never deferred. We never could figure out the best approach and we were scared to act because we felt like we were just guessing at what we should do. Having young kids, our priority was to make sure we had enough money, so our student debt just sat over us like a dark cloud. We also didnt like the idea of giving someone money to tell us what to do with our money! We feared the fees would get us off track of our goals. Finally we decided to go with our parents advisors...the family referral discount was amazing and we felt like we could afford financially to try it out. This was the best decision we ever made. Greg, Scott, and Sarah are top notch. Scott listens to our worries and goals. He makes suggestions, but always reminds us that the power is in our hands to make decisions on what we feel comfortable with. Sarah is a wonderful communicator who is amazing at her job. We are thrilled to have Beratung in our corner!

Riki tiki Tavi I was here today..Tellers are so very nice. It seems no matter which citizens bank I visit whether in White Oak, Braddock or here.It really doesnt matter as Its always a pleasure . I appreciate being treated with respect and kindness at all locations..They care about your day which is so very nice...Thank you

Very kind ,very knowledgeable as he explained the entire process, very patience in paying attention to my questions and concerns. I left my visit very pleased.
