Carol Waldeck Bill Mahan is an extremely intelligent and experienced Financial Advisor. After having gone through a totally frustrating experience with a local bank trying to close an account my sister had after she passed away I contacted Bill regarding an account she had with Ameriprise. He reviewed the transaction and advised me what he needed to take care of me. We met at his office and he immediately handled the transaction. Explained what we had to do and prepared necessary documents. Everything was mailed in and he helped me send in the finishing documents. His staff is friendly and also very efficient. Ameriprise and Warren is lucky to have him.

Justin Burch There are only a few good people that work for the company overall. But seems like the majority of the company lets manipulative people governed over others unnecessarily. My mother has devistated me financially and hardly anyone in this company will do anything on my behalf to take an abusive manipulative mother that has messed my life up for 35 years after hitting my head off a car door when I was 3 months old but they allow her to be on an account despite the deliberate destruction that she started. They havent done anything to help me have a productive life. Im disabled because of her but they dont seem to care.

Brian Hendren We have been doing business with Ifft & Palmer for over 15 years and they are simply the best! Michael Kull Will be closing my accounts with this joke of an institution. The trouble of changing my direct depost to my other bank, will be MORE than worth it. Some of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Been a long time coming, but today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cant wait to say "good riddance."

I applied for an auto loan and needed a co-sign however, they worked something out for me and made my process even smoother. Every piece of detail and information was well explained and if I still did not understand Cathy broke it down piece by piece. My application and closing process was a breeze and again any concerns I had was answered right away. I would 100% recommend to anyone that’s looking for a Lender. Cathy was amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer.
