1 /5 Mariana Olmeda: Been with the bank for almost 6 years. Called to see if an Overdraft fee could be removed, since I had never asked for that in the past. Apparently, even though I didnt have any money on my account and opted out of the overdraft protection, a charge was processed and paid. Apparently the charge showed as a "recurring payment" even though it wasnt and they let the transaction go through. Was told that they wont remove the fee because of the way the transaction was identified. I have never called for any issues in the past, and the moment I need the bank to help me with something menial (for them anyways, $36 is a lot of money for me), they refused to help. Basically, if it hadnt showed as "recurring" then they would extend the courtesy...maybe. Its always something and the customer is always the one that looses in the end. Currently shopping for another bank.
