1 /5 James Fetterman: Got a loan before the pandemic and always paid on time/ never missed a payment and during the pandemic I asked for one payment to be deferred and they said "there is companies out there that can help you with your payments but we cant deferr any payments". Rates were not what was agreed to at signing and because paperwork was signed they wouldnt abide by their own contract. Terrible customer service and when I paid it off they wouldnt allow someone else to pay on my account unless I contacted someone to "authorize" a payment being made. DO NOT USE THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN.

3 /5 Cecelia Borchick: Call to switch vehicles on loan and lower payments. Made appointment to come with documents, and was called everyday about our loan and not one question was asked to get paperwork pre ready for appt. Sitting here going passed an hour and half and still nowhere near done. We were going to get another loan once current one is paid off but seriously debating that now

1 /5 N. Wise: SCAM, they rush you through the process. Don’t provide proper paperwork or clear terms. I’m going through hell trying to figure out why my loan rates are not what I agreed too. I regret ever walking into this office.
