Char W I was depositing cash money into the drive thru atm when the machine malfunctioned and ate my money. I went to the branch to get this resolved and they told me that I would have to contact my bank. They would not be able to look at the tapes or balance to atm to see if there was an overage. Its PNCs crappy ATM. They should be able pull the video to see what happened and reimburse me right then and there.

I agree the bank is different than it was even 5 years ago, you dont get that welcome feeling in there you used to. I know theres not a demand for the psychical bank as much as before.
But Ive been in PNC Bank (My Fathers Bank) due to his health condition. Long story short, I REALLY like my bank even the way it is over PNC any day...The poor customer service there and all of the extra charges they were applying to a fixed income elderly man. Shame on PNC Bank..
