1 /5 Scott Thompson: I have known a few women that have stayed here. Let me just say this place is very poorly ran. Who ever runs this operation needs to be fired along with the rest of the staff.

1 /5 Shelby Groat: Ive lived here for over a year and this place is infested with bed bugs. Its horrible. The people can be rude but there is some nice gems in the mix. They seem to be getting everything back together but who knows. They have a bug guy come it but they dont know what they are doing. Hire a new one please. Rooms that are infested should be getting heat treatments. They claim the guy sprays rooms but I dont believe it for a second.

1 /5 Pickles: Worst neighbors Ive ever had. Staff is rude and there is no accountability. Their dumpster is constantly over flowing. Little to no positive community engagement.

1 /5 Jennifer Draisey: Dont bother. If you have absolutely no place else to go then at least the Y is a leaking roof over your head. No communocation between the staff if you have an emotional support animal with all of the proper paperwork and letter from your psychologist, they will still nit pick and generally make your life hell. Even though there are social workers on staff nobody here seems to know or care about severe mental illness and surviving domestic violence. Also I swear the maintenance guy doesnt do a dam thing. I suffer from severe migraines and have been asking for a fridge with freezer for the last 2 years. I still havent gotten one. They just repainted the lobby area, and trying to do things to make the place look better. I think what theyre doing is nothing more than slapping makeup on a pig.
