Arielle Dawson This place needs to be investigated by the feds ASAP since they are handling people’s packages. 1. Rude customer service. Did not take the time to listen to what I needed and got my Tracking number wrong. 2. Was told my package wasn’t there when it was. 3. Hung up on over the phone several times if they did not have an answer for me or frustrated by doing their job. 4. Purposely ignore phone calls instead of resolving the issue Please avoid this place at all cost. They are horrible at doing their jobs!!!

Susan Fitzgerald I was introduced to Ken and his company when he came to speak at our school district regarding the 403b “scam” that many teachers are faced with. I then met with him personally to learn more about the 403b options that are available to me. He was patient and extremely passionate and informative regarding the topic. He genuinely wanted to inform teachers about this issue and was willing to spend the time necessary to educate me.
