My main point of contact, Courtney, is professional and easy to communicate with, and always on top of things. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, they were quick to respond and explained everything clearly. They made what could’ve been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how smoothly everything went. Not to mention how Marie saved the day by putting boots on the ground and getting a needed signature (not all heroes wear capes!). This was after Courtney had made a gallant, unsuccessful effort to extract this same signature. We sought out to have a trust formed and met with Melody to dicuss the process and all that it would involve. The firm was professional and communicative when explaining our "homework" to help the legal team create our individual & joint trusts. The retainer & payments are straightforward and there were no surprises. Judi, Ethan, & Courtney saw us to the finish line with patience and experience. Always were available to answer questions and put us at ease when we felt overwhelmed. The few meetings we had were easy to schedule and Judi was so accomodating and flexible. 1 /5 Marie Burton: Went here to get a simple will and trust done. Took almost 11 months.There were many emails and phone calls back and forth but still little progress unless I initiated contact. Attorneys seem knowledgeable and friendly but I think they take on more work than they are able to handle. If you’re ill or elderly please consider the length of time estate planning takes with Westfall law.
