I am from New Jersey but when attempting to process a new NJ Drivers license it was blocked by a ticket in upstate New York from 1995. Without clearing up this issue with upstate New York you cannot renew a license in New Jersey. After speaking to James Birch concerning this frustrating process and having him assist me in this process, I was able to finally get a NJ Real ID license. James Birch is easy to speak to and the office staff are quick to answer their phones and offer a caring ear to help. You get a call back which is unusual these days. Cassidy Call Waiting several months and counting to close on a house. Quick easy deal, skipped all inspections to make things go quicker. Allowed their client to put their house on the market without a title. Refuses to answer anything you ask and try to discuss until 5 minutes before leaving the office on a Friday. Incompetent and idiotic on any information and thinks that he knows every little bit of information. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money and patience dealing with them. Going to back out of a deal because they cant do any paperwork in a timely manner.
