Gary Langton Despite a rocky start with MHVFCU where my customer service experience was less than stellar, Theresa Higgins took charge of the customer service issue to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! Kudos to Theresa and MHVFCU for their commitment to customer service.

Amanda Beasley I received a letter in the mail from them with my street address and a random city, state and zip code which I did not live in. Their letter claimed that I had a violation with the City of West Palm Beach on 9/24/21. I was never in West Palm Beach that day and I have proof. I called and spoke to numerous customer services representatives and provided them with the reference code listed on the letter, but they could not find the account in their system and asked me to call them back "in a week or so" when the glitch was out of their system. I called the City of West Palm Beach myself and they could not locate any citation under my name or on that specific date. They explained that this is not the first time they have heard of this happening. Do not send these people money!
