Kim Bush In the middle of January I emailed Canale Insurance on a Sunday morning asking for a quote for home owner & vehicle coverage and expected a call or email sometime on Monday. Literally within a few minutes I received an email from Dave. Within a few days it was a done deal! He saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS between home & vehicle insurance!! So, took it one step further and had them file our taxes and our daughters and it was very very reasonable for the cost! Stopped in to sign and pay and they took care of the rest!! Arielle Dawson This place needs to be investigated by the feds ASAP since they are handling people’s packages. 1. Rude customer service. Did not take the time to listen to what I needed and got my Tracking number wrong. 2. Was told my package wasn’t there when it was. 3. Hung up on over the phone several times if they did not have an answer for me or frustrated by doing their job. 4. Purposely ignore phone calls instead of resolving the issue Please avoid this place at all cost. They are horrible at doing their jobs!!!

I was told going into this that the bank is always what holds real estate transactions up but Erika and her team were ALWAYS 5 steps ahead of everyone else, we never had to wait on them. The seller’s whole side was a complete and utter nightmare during this transaction. We dealt with so many delays and Erika and her team did EVERYTHING they could to help us not lose money after locking into our rate. I am beyond grateful. A lot of people questioned why I was using Homestead instead of a “going directly to the bank” and interestingly enough, before locking in, I spoke with a family member who recently started working at Chase. He gave me his best rates at the time and Erika was still able to get me the same rate but with even fewer points. Erika took the time to understand what was best for us and what was best given the wild market we were shopping in. This just solidified my belief that there wasn’t anyone better to have chosen for this transaction. I cannot recommend Erika highly enough. Her dedication to client satisfaction, coupled with her expertise and integrity, sets her apart. Angry Boomer Im a small time investor but they treat me like a millionaire! Ray K. is an amazing advisor. He will just call me out of the blue at times just to see how Im doing and give me a run down on my portfolio. (Even though I started with less than 30k). He saw me through the pandemic thus far taking me from an initial loss of around 6-7k to a 30% gain over my original deposit! (Results may vary). He always returns may calls! If you pulled your funds in the midst of "pandemic losses" you made an amateur mistake - dont blame Poppy, blame your self! Ray wasnt afraid to call me and tell me about the initial losses. He told me to sit tight which I already knew having watched people lose money during 911 because they withdrew it in a panic. Anyway five stars to Poppy and especially to Ray - Thanks!
