Elizabeth Mondrick I transferred my account to Strategic two years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the firm, the principles of the firm and my personal advisor, Greg Mattacolla. The volatility and the normal fluctuations of the markets can be nerve racking and/or emotionally distressing but I have been and continue to be confident in the Strategic approach, experience, attention to suitability requirements and hands on, 24/7, availability and communication. I have never waited more than a few hours for an answer to a question, advice or direction. I cannot recommend Strategic highly enough…these people really care.

However after a couple no show meetings, being ghosted when I reached out to them to reschedule, I cannot recommend them as a professional service UPDATE: I updated this review to 4 stars after Jose reached out personally to apologize. While we are still not going to use their service, I do appreciate the commitment to better communication.

Laura DeBadts I have banked locally with this bank in our community for 24 years. I am sure the employees are the number one reason I am still banking there. I am a low manintenance person. I deposit and withdraw and take responsibility to my banking. I dont do a lot of digital commerce. Every time I have needed something they have done it with 5 star service. Jody and Megan are outstanding in leadership and we are lucky to have them at that level of consistency. The tellers learn who I am and know me and my needs.

Peter Lupkowski Helpful and full service credit union. They have recently added a free coin counter for member use. Drive through on Hart St and an ATM in the hospital.

Sasha Bowden My agent Mrs. Diedrick-Smith, was helpful in assisting me with choosing a coverage that was with in my means and needs. She explained everything throughly until I understood every aspect of the coverage I was getting. Know I sleep better at nights knowing that me and my children are covered in case anything happens.
