I have been a True customer since 1990. I stay because of the great customer service.
Unfortunately, my son recently had a deer vs. car accident (all ok, except the deer). True has been fantastic in dealing with the whole matter. The claim, follow-up, and subsequent new used car purchase. Their responses and interactions are all upbeat and amazingly quick.
I am not only a lifelong customer, but my 20-year-old son has seen the value of a local agent.
They has made a crappy situation much better.
