1 /5 Jeff Bishop: Al is friendly, however mismanaged my policy cancelation. As a result I continued to receive bills from the canceled company and ultimately received collection notices. After repeat in person visits and multiple phone calls I was assured everything was fine and to not worry about it. I was on the phone with the collection agent, and Al at the same time. Al now said that I owed after multiple reassurances that I didnt,, yet the agent on the other line told me that I didnt!!! He said it was agent error. I should have seen the red flag when upon canceling I was told that he signed it for me. Sorry Al, but you have to take better care of your customer. I dont have money to waste.
