Not only did we review my current policy on Saturday afternoon, she called my current provider with me and she was able to create a new policy saving me at least $600 a year. I requested an appointment on their website on a weekend and received a reply from Dennis the same day, even though he was out of town. Rebekah met with me a few days later and was very personable and informative. She found much better rates for me with a reputable company. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and generous with her time as she explained options and coverages to me and prepared paperwork. My policies were approved and arrived on time. No problems.
