5 /5 Andrew Schutt: I recently had an issue with the automatic payment I had set up on my policy through Tri Town - I sent them a quick email about it and within a day they reached out to the insurance carrier and fixed the problem for me. That saved me the time and energy of having to deal with the insurance carrier myself - which, for a busy person such as myself, is invaluable... Awesome people, awesome service. Highly recommended!

Brian Saltzer Very unprofessional company and atrocious customer service. Farmers never paid out a claim for missed time from work and never covered there portion of no fault medical payments. I cannot recommend Farmers insurance.
