Tioga County Rural Ministry - Owego (NY)

Amanda Beasley I received a letter in the mail from them with my street address and a random city, state and zip code which I did not live in. Their letter claimed that I had a violation with the City of West Palm Beach on 9/24/21. I was never in West Palm Beach that day and I have proof. I called and spoke to numerous customer services representatives and provided them with the reference code listed on the letter, but they could not find the account in their system and asked me to call them back "in a week or so" when the glitch was out of their system. I called the City of West Palm Beach myself and they could not locate any citation under my name or on that specific date. They explained that this is not the first time they have heard of this happening. Do not send these people money!

Katongo Chama Horrible horrible experience Went to the ATM and had to use the bathroom and was denied. As a customer with accounts at Bank of America, this is a disgrace. It is understandable for people just walking off the street but if someone is in the business and using your services wow they should be ashamed.

Todd Palmer Took the first time homebuyer class, Annette and her staff were extremely friendly and professional. For the class, she brought in 3 guest speakers to talk about specific areas of buying a home, such as a banker, realtor, and inspector. I would recommend this class for anyone who is looking to buy their first home and even those who havent purchased a home in numerous years as a refresher.
