Joe Luciano I have been dealing with the Moore agency for many years. I find Phil and his staff to be extremely helpful and caring about any issues we may encounter. I have not had to shop my insurance because Phil reviews and makes changes as appropriate to give us the best coverage for premiums paid. We had two vehicles totaled in the past two years and could not have asked for a better result with follow up, rental cars and replacement.

Mr White Customers service is not good.Doesnt care about customers truly. Will cancel coverage after being a customer for years, because of late payments. Your better off finding a better insurance company.

Seth Ellis I had gotten a text from Geico saying, I wasnt insured due to, not having a photo inspection done, which I had on my file. I called the office immediately, Mark Smith picked up the phone, was very awesome, and very helpful with my situation. Good news is, Im insured, and dont have to worry about nothing. Dillon Gay The people that own this business are absolutely ridiculous! I was going to go inside to get a quote and I stopped at a store next door first. When I walked to my vehicle they stood outside and recorded me getting in my vehicle and harassed me for parking in their lot. I then decided not to do business with such ignoramuses. I will now shout it from the rooftops that gieco will certainly give you better insurance, at a better price, and not be completely unrespectable.

William Perry One of the best insurance agents Ive ever worked with! Very attentive and responsive. Helps resolve any issues that come up as they occasionally do in insurance matters, but with Robert on top of it, I never had to worry. If you want an insurance agent that not only responds in a very timely manner (immediately) but also follows through with results, then Robert is your guy.

Ellen Gabler Loved working with James and Dora at Vavas. The insurance world is a complete mess and it feels like everyone is trying to screw you. Not these guys. They were very accessible, patient and took time to understand what we wanted for our coverage (while also advising us when they thought we were totally wrong! :-) I highly recommend them. It feels like working with a small-town, local insurance broker in the best way. (Also very importantly, they got us excellent rates from a major carrier in an extremely difficult insurance market.)

Angie Darlington This place is horrible. I have closed my account 5 months ago. When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union. Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago. I am not interested in doing business with businesses such as your company and the likes thereof. Please Close my account immediately, I will not be sending anymore payments to you.
