I was facing a serious speeding violation that could have cost me 6 points on my license, but Elissa was able to get it reduced to zero points and converted into a simple parking ticket—truly the best possible outcome I could’ve hoped for. Of course, every case is different, but in mine, she absolutely delivered. Elissa and her staff were professional, courteous, and thorough.
