I had real estate deals fall apart in the past so I was aware of what can go wrong. Most importantly if the office left me a message, I could always get a human on the phone. Tanya and Lena are very patient and thorough. He guided me during an eventful period between the contract and the closing. His language skills were valuable but this is a good team for English-only speakers as well.
