5 /5 Tony Walabiscuit: I got whacked by a delivery van that ran a red light while I was on my way to a dentist appointment at an intersection missed the appointment, I guess thats what brown could do for me!
Was concerned that my dad who was driving may have harmed coronary work hed previously had done. I was totally out of it though at the moment thought I was absolutely fine and after making sure my dad was alive did the first thing my brain let me think of, call the number four seven times. I cant tell you what kind of mistake that was! They took my info and before I knew it they were my lawyers. Meant to help my dad not get a lawyer but that started everything.
Silver lining was that after that firm had lowballed me and mitigated my case for years and moved me to different lawyers and paralegals and making me feel literally insane like Id done something wrong, I blew up on the lawyer they had babysitting me and in no uncertain terms let him know that God would judge them for the way theyve treated me and Im sure many others. After the initial "are you threatening me?" response he realized, Im sure by Gods grace, what I was saying and must have realized that his group are not the white knight good guys everyone believes them to be.

That moment changed everything! Max immediately took on my case and it was literally like a huge weight came off me. I no longer felt like some whiny scammer that was walking through a convenience store to slip and fall and score a couple thousand dollars to buy booze and hohos... Physical possibilities disappearing, social possibilities evaporating- feeling less than human because youre being treated like a hypochondriac or liar... I cant tell you how many times I heard almost word for word this phrase, "you have difficult symptoms that dont present the way we expect" as if thats a license to send you on the way without treatment- or at least an effort to help... like medicine is a never ending cycle of interrogations that are like being questioned by police in a drug investigation...
Maybe Ive had a unique experience- but other than specific details, I have a feeling many many people go through similar situations. And probably never get the help they need to get them back on track.
But Max- he really truly went the extra mile for me. He understood the system was 100% at fault and was whitewashing all my problems... and they most likely wouldve gotten away with it if I didnt have some one that understood this and understood the system and was willing to fight for me.
He got me to doctors, I got treated much better- got treatments that actually helped to mitigate my pain instead of the system mitigating me... I began to feel human again and had hope. Along with the physical spiritual and mental uplift and healing, he grabbed ahold of the perpetrators like a pittbull around a throat. Got me ready for trial but luckily they offered 10 times more than theyd initially offered (literally).
Max is a great guy and hell help you. I hope if youve gotten into an accident, you find this and call him. He really will help you. The world is unfair- this guy is a beacon of hope.
