John Very very pleased! I have gone through 3 attorneys who did nothing for my workers comp case until I made a call to Markhoff & Mittman. I cant say enough about them. They were right on it the day I called. Beth, Randy, and Julissa were phenomenal. They kept me informed every step of the way I didnt need to reach out to then they called me. Michael Graf It is without malice or prejudice that I emphasize that I could not more empathetically NOT recommend this so-called "Law Guardian." While it is sad that court appointed attorneys are simply overworked and underpaid, they are regardless, custodians of the Law. To keep a caring and loving mother from her child WITHOUT CAUSE & without the ability to find a parent "unfit" as defined by law, is absurd. Shame on this cowardly so-called attorney. She should be disbarred from practicing family law. Shes a stain on the very fabric of what the law is supposed to represent. Shame also on the institution that has given her unprecedented leeway to do as she pleases without both reason and rebuke.

Tanner Miller I don’t have the right words to explain how much this firm and Roman specifically have helped me out but I’ll try. I had a lot in my life happen basically all at once, first I got arrested, then I got hit my a car while walking down the road. Both of which were major firsts, it was daunting and I was unprepared. I was so lucky to have Roman recommended to me, and then had a series of friends who knew this firm tell me how good of hands I was in. They could not have been more right. I have never had a traffic or criminal charge, so I was inexperienced and unaware of what was to come. Roman not only brought me comfort and helped me understand the path I was about to go down, but he turned what could have been a criminal charge and $10,000+ in fines into a traffic ticket and a $300 fine. I wondered if it was worth getting a lawyer for my case as I felt I was screwed either way and may as well save the money for all the fines and get a public defender. Hiring him turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life and easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I truly cannot recommend Roman enough. If you’re even slightly considering hiring him for representation, do yourself a favor and hire him.
