5 /5 John Gates: I was recently charge with a Class A misdemeanor that I did not commit, I was given Andrew DeLucas name. I was told by a friend that if anyone can help me with this situation it would be Andrew. I met Andrew at his office, and for a reasonable price, Andrew told me "not to worry I can take care of this matter and get it dismissed", before I even went to court. On the day of court , Just as Andrew said, the courts dismissed my case. I would recommend Andrew for anyone who needs an attorney who knows the law, and who cares about you and your case. He is professional, personable, and a all around great attorney, and a great gut. I would use Andrew again and recommend anyone who may be is some legal situation to give Andrew a call. Seeing as though this was my first time ever needing legal counsel I was overwhelmed to say the least. Choosing Andrew Deluca to represent me was by far the best choice I could have made. After our initial meeting I quickly determined he is very well versed in my type of case and very knowledgeable regarding the law and court proceedings. He also, put me at ease as I have never encountered this type of legal matter nor have, I attended court for any reason. Once specifics about my case were discussed he advised me he could have certain portions dismissed and the other significantly reduced. Communication was great and we discussed everything prior to my court date. We also, discussed my case the day of court prior to my hearing. He represented me well at court and just like he said earlier certain portions of my case were dismissed and the other reduced significantly. I was impressed with how he handled my case and would hire him again. I believe his fee was also competitive and not excessive.
