3 /5 Marvelous Mimi: The accountants here are great. However, their (weekend) administrative staff is ghetto and unprofessional. There is a level of customer service that should be standard for all businesses. I shouldnt have to wait for the secretary/front desk associate to finish her personal phone call with t-mobile/boost to be assisted. I shouldnt have to deal with a bad attitude for whatever reason. Leave your personal life at home when you come to work. Its unprofessional. PERIOD. Just because you work in a neighborhood that isnt surrounded by professional businesses, doesnt mean you shouldnt have to be professional. The Bronx and its residents deserve to have respectful professionals serving their area. Get it together or hire people who actually take their job seriously.

I used to cringe around tax season because I am not a Tax Preparer, but when I was introduced to Tax Master and met my Tax Preparer - Seth Wapnick, all of my nervousness disappeared. He is an expert and a pleasant person; he explains the process in terms you can understand.
