1 /5 Sundaye Moore: I walked into this business 3 months ago with my husband and I should have walked right back out. As soon as you walk in theres a whole bunch of chaos because theres so many different businesses in one small office. Everett was of course very nice the first time, so he can earn our business. He promised to always be available if we need anything or have any questions and this held true 1 time. A month after doing business and not receiving the proper tax refund, my husband and I have been trying to call constantly and no answer. It was so bad we got worried and thought something bad had happened to the guy. One day I decided to call from a different phone number (one he wouldnt recognize) and all of a sudden he answers. When he found out who it was, he said he was really busy but would call back. Weeks later, NOTHING. SIR, half of the tax refund we were guaranteed is missing. Did you take it? Did you mess up? Why is it so difficult to get ahold of you now. Will never do business here again and will recommend everyone I know to stay away from this tiny scammy office!
