Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

Cherie Cooper Diane Nies has worked with us over the last few years with our insurance needs. She has been wonderful! But when an issue for our daughter arose she was nothing but amazing even sitting in her car with no power working on a deal for us, that is truly above and beyond. If you need insurance call her!! Terrence Carpentier I’ll be the first to admit I’m a pretty high maintenance customer when I need help with insurance related issues. The team at this location - especially Kate - are super efficient. I never have to hang up and call someone else or wait days for a response. When it comes to insurance matters, efficiency is the most impotent thing to me. I’ll send off an email or make a call and I’ll have the response I need almost immediately. Rates are also competitive - I’ve looked, as any prudent customer would do. I check reviews of everything before I buy, and it takes a lot for me to leave a positive review of anything because it’s rare you come across a product or service that TRULY delivers. 5 stars from me. A+

bobkat40 I hadnt seen my agent in person as I had been taking care of my account on-line, but I recently had to call with questions & possible changes to my account, and was contacted with all the answers I needed ! Deborah is very knowledgeable in auto & home insurance, took the time to have a great conversation over the phone with me and went out of her way to accommodate my needs in a time when you cannot normally meet in the office/walk-in visit. In times like these (2020!), I value being able to talk to a human voice (not a confusing automated system) and customer service is very important to me.
