My family has been a long time customer of his, and when my husband and I got our own insurance policy, it only made sense to stick with Shaun. He is always so kind, compassionate, and willing to educate us about our policy and any changes we may want or need. My husband and I feel heard and listened to, not pushed aside because we are young and new-ish to insurance. We feel cared for and taken care of by his team, which I feel is really important. When he says hes just a phone call away, he really means it. Ive called to leave a message after hours and he picked up, answering my question with with kindness and without rush.
