1 /5 Kalie P.: Worst experience I have had with a company. I dealt with Nick and was looking for home insurance, when he offered to bundle auto to save. I agreed on the start date for my auto being the same start date as my home insurance. I already had paid up my auto insurance in full and was incredibly busy with closing on a house to worry about cancelling and switching auto. He proceeded to start the insurance two months early, refused to answer my text and calls, as well as issue a refund.
When he finally did call me back, I asked if I could switch agents, and he refused. I then begged for assistance to get the auto started on the correct date and a refund issued. He cancelled my auto completely and proceeded to send me a “check” for 4.11 cents and not the 200+ owed to me. The check isn’t even filled out correctly and can’t be cashed.
I am now going with a local company, getting a refund for my home insurance and cancelling entirely with State Farm. Lost a lifelong customer because I was refused a decent agent and given the most unprofessional experience. Do not recommend State Farm, and especially do not recommend Nick for your “agent”
