5 /5 sam sam: Recently I spoke with Joel Miranda at State Farm about lowering my car insurance. He was wonderful--friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, competent, and a great sense of humor. He gave me good advice and we worked out a way to lower my annual insurance cost by over $400. I enjoyed talking with him and was grateful for his help, as well as his patience with someone who is not technologically adept.

Joel made everything easy to understand and made sure i knew everything that was going on, he took his time an explained everything to me as a first time car owner going through the process for the first time. Joel took his time while working with me , didnt make me feel rushed answered any and all the questions i had. The rest of the reviews on this page are spot on. Joel helped me get started with auto/home insurance and navigate the vehicle registration process. Ever since the first time I spoke with Joel he has been nothing but amazing. He is always so positive, gives you everything that you could need, and breaks things down in an easy to understand way. He should be the standard for insurance/customer service because thats how good it is. Joel is also very easy to reach and gets things done very fast.
