Putman provides the absolute best service for their customers as we always get a quick response to all of our inquiries! Also, it is very convenient to visit their office and have a question answered or pick up an insurance card for a vehicle, etc. The Putman team certainly places customer service first and foremost! Ron Linhart I have been a customer for about 20 years for my home, auto, rv, boat, motorcycle, and business. Insurance is the biggest expense I have, although a necessary one. Recently I have been thinking about getting other quotes. Before I could do so I had a tree fall on my home. I was advised the best way to take care of the damage and emailed receipts for several thousand dollars the following week. The NEXT DAY Debbie called me to pick up the check! Paid in full, right out of her account. Unbelievable customer service, right? Well I lost the check. I called her this morning to ask her to stop the check. Later the same day I had a new check in hand. I asked to pay the stop payment fee, but she wouldnt take it. I decided I dont need to shop for insurance. I dont know if I could have saved a few bucks, but I do know that the service Debbie gave me is the reason I have insurance in the first place. Thank you Debbie!

Jay Cooper Ive been using this company the past several years for my commercial property. For the most part, the only dealings Ive had with this company is Heartland (sp?) in the billing department. She is super nice, personable, and provides excellent customer service. OCMI you should make sure she stays around a long time, that type of customer service is hard to come by nowadays! Thank you!
