Did not take the time to listen to what I needed and got my Tracking number wrong. 2. Was told my package wasn’t there when it was. 3. Hung up on over the phone several times if they did not have an answer for me or frustrated by doing their job. 4. Purposely ignore phone calls instead of resolving the issue Please avoid this place at all cost. They are horrible at doing their jobs!!!
