1 /5 Angie L Bernal: I called to ask if they had any tamales to deliver. A very rude Ecuadorian woman asked me how many I wanted. I replied, "8." She left me waiting. She came back and asked me, "Do you want them hot or cold?" I asked if they were from that day, and the rude woman hung up on me saying, "I dont want them, I dont want them!" What a horrible attitude! People shouldnt be guilty of their bitterness.

The company takes great care of their clients by helping client reduce their tax liability and help client with tax problems with out charging for every work provided. The company is very well knowledgeable and proactive on new tax law and since I have been with this company l have never been picked for audit by the irs or the NYS tax department.
