1 /5 Ashley Alden: Kathy can not seem to find the time to manage my fathers case but continues to take his money. I am tying to convince him to fire her and hire someone who has the time to represent him adequately. She was not prepared in court and refuses to complete the paperwork needed to resolve the case. In fact, Kathy has made it clear that the defendant is the only one responsible for creating terms of agreement, which ensures my father has no counter offer prepared. I may have to hire a secondary lawyer just to resolve this matter. I suggest if you are looking for a lawyer, look elsewhere.

5 /5 Matt S.: I remember that day like it was yesterday, the day I knew it was over and I had to do what needed to be done. While at one of the lowest points of my life, I called countless attorneys in central New York. Most needed days or weeks to even give me a consultation then others wouldn’t even take my case. I called the Rapasadi law office and the team there was able to schedule me a consultation the same day! They were very accommodating and actually made it personal with me as a client. When I met Kathleen personally in her office, I was was more than just relieved. I remember walking out of their office 2 days before Christmas feeling very relieved and confident because the team there made it so easy get the process started as well as giving me insight on what to expect. Communication was great and everything was explained to me in simple terms that I could understand. During the divorce process, an unexpected issue in a different court appeared. Jessie was able to explain to me the severity of the allegations and Kathy was there in court next to me with just a couple days notice. I felt confident and composed throughout the entire entire process of the unexpected issue as well as the divorce. The unexpected issue was resolved in my favor promptly with lots of communication. Even with the COVID situation, the team was able to get done what needed to be done and provided excellent communication and transparency throughout the entire process. Now that the divorce is over and I can rebuild my life, I want to personally thank Kathleen, Jessie and their entire team for helping me and being there In my corner for the entire process start to finish, during one of the worst points of my life! I’ve retained a few attorneys for various reasons over the years and none have provided the exceptional service and transparency that this law office has. I’d highly recommend the Rapasadi law office to anyone that is going through something similar to what I went through.

1 /5 Sarah Gilkinson: I called you and all I wanted to know is how much it would cost me and get a bit more information as I am looking around for lawyers. I was promised a call back after meeting and did not receive one. I then called back up another day and was told "sorry I was in a zoom conference and it got busy". She was pleasant and told me she would get me in for a free consultation and I would get an intake very soon through I email. I again had to call to find out why I didnt receive my email. The answer I get is " she was busy and has to go in order". Youve done lost my business for making me call to find out instead of you calling and emailing me back. Honestly doesnt even deserve one star but in order for me to make my review, a star was required. I dont want my divorce paperwork just sitting around as it already has for over a year at the Wampsville courthouse.

1 /5 Kathy Sinesi: She was tearable for my daughter. Always sticks up for my ex son in law and never her own client who is paying her. Would not recommend her to anyone.

1 /5 Ryan Madore: Refused to meet with me even though she was my child’s law guardian but met with the other parties and i lost my case despite trying to speak with her multiple times to the point of frustration and anger
