1 /5 Beth Zigmund: Review of Nick Tuck, founding partner of Quest Financial Services: My mother was a client of Mr. Tuck. She passed away recently, and I was a beneficiary on several accounts he managed for her. He called me once during a busy work day and rattled off various details about the accounts (without providing the account numbers). I explained that I had all my assets with Vanguard and I wouldnt be retaining him as my advisor. Being in the middle of a hectic work day, I didnt get every detail he gave me during that call, so I attempted to contact him on several other occasions. He ignored all my calls, never called me back, was curiously "out of the office" every time I called. Months later, I still have not heard back from him after leaving several messages. My advice: get your financial advice from someone with more ethics and common human decency than Mr. Tuck.
