Colville Outfitters There isnt a better bank in the WNY region that CCB. I am dealing with them on a loan and their people are second to none. If your looking for financing dont miss out on checking with this incredible group of individuals. They really care about the community and the people who live there. I went through many banks before finding CCB and I am so glad I was pushed into that direction by a friend. I never received this sort of attention from M&T bank who I have been banking with for 30 years. Do yourself a favor and check with this bank for all your lending needs.
Arielle Dawson This place needs to be investigated by the feds ASAP since they are handling people’s packages.
1. Rude customer service. Did not take the time to listen to what I needed and got my Tracking number wrong.
2. Was told my package wasn’t there when it was.
3. Hung up on over the phone several times if they did not have an answer for me or frustrated by doing their job.
4. Purposely ignore phone calls instead of resolving the issue
Please avoid this place at all cost. They are horrible at doing their jobs!!!
