New HPark I have worked with Mr. Bates and his staff on multiple real estate transactions in Suffolk and Nassau counties from 2008 to recently. Mr. Bates has been extremely helpful in all phases of transactions, from initial negotiation to closing. He is truly knowlegable and extremely experienced in real estate and land use, and would work extremely diligently when complex and unexpected issues arose. He provides personalized service and was always accesable. He is a true legal professional, and an honest and approachable gentleman. His fees are certainly fair, especially considering his excellent work. If youre just looking for a cheap closing, try the other advertised firms where a paralegal or inexperienced attorney will boilerplate the work, and beware if a problem arises. Mr Bates manages a traditional law office with years of experience in the area, and I look forward to his expert service when my next transaction arises.

Sean Machado This "Lawyer" is actually a debt collection office. shady, illegal practices, cursing, threats of legal action, threats of going to court to intimidate people into paying debts...debts that may not even be valid. They currently claim to be IRP. (The IRP apparently does not stand for anything). criminals in my opinion. they have a BBB rating of F.
