5 /5 Jeffrey Yoder: Ive been using Allstate for home and auto insurance for over 20 years and working with Phillip Tyler for more than half of that. I have always received great service and coverage at reasonable prices. Phillips office is always available to provide friendly and useful help and guidance with claims and policy issues. I recommend them to everyone.

2 /5 Jeff Comer: Allstate says youre in good hands, but then they do things that are questionable at best. For instance, once they submitted a claim while I was still going through options. A second time, after I missed a payment which is my fault, they didnt even attempt to send me an email reminder before they cancelled a policy. The only email I got was saying it was already cancelled. However, they do get a second star because they are quick to respond.

5 /5 Shelly Harmony: I’ve been with Allstate for over 15 years and no other insurance company could match their policy. Even after having a rough year I was blessed to have drivers forgiveness. Anyone I’ve ever spoke to or needed help from is professional and helpful. I’m glad I have been with them so long.

2 /5 Danny Blocher: I have never had to file a claim however Phillip Tyler and his staff provides poor customer service. My interactions have not been great in the 3 months I have had Allstate through Phillip Tyler. First off, they sent someone to my home to look around and take pictures without notifying me. I got a notification from a camera to find someone snooping around, assumed it was Allstate and called, they said they would check and let me know and never called me back. Then after a month of coverage they raised my home insurance by over 25% without notifying me or giving me an explanation. I tried to call and figure out why but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never received a call back. I tried to call again a few weeks later and still got no answer. I will be shopping around for a different insurance provider.

1 /5 Oliver Hine: Just closed on a second house, which has a little tiny bit of moss on the roof. Im told 40 days or the policy is cancelled when Im in the middle of an entire inside rehab. Amy isnt willing to work with me after being a customer for 7 years with 5 active policies. Dont trust this agent or company. Go shop elsewhere for your quote. The in good hands is just PR and theyll drop you for the smallest issues at the first chance they get. Already saved $300/year moving one policy away from them. Cannot wait to see what else is saved after quoting everything.
