1 /5 Stacey Pompey: After the hard hit to my credit i was denied because I just started my business a few months previous. I supplied them with the income which is doing well finally. Ive always worked. I only wanted the loan because starting up my business exhausted my accounts and I wanted to pay some of my credit cards back down. I was only denied because I didnt have tax info for the business for the previous year. Make it make sense!

1 /5 Michael Bellanger: I have a loan now but once its paid Ill never go back. This place is horrible. The reps lie about the terms to convince you its a good deal but its highway robbery. The manager is rude and talks down to customers. I do not recommend this place at all.

1 /5 Jennifer Flower: I was approved for a loan, I asked to make an appointment because I am new at this and want to make sure I understand the process. She said I didnt need an appointment and she would call me back. I said I wanted to come in with my husband because he was interested in a loan for himself. She was extremely rude and said we dont do that. I mentioned equity in our home and she assumed I was talking about a different type of loan instead of just making an appointment. I thought they were supposed to help find out which loan amount is correct or if I had any other options. Not to be talked to like Im stupid and she didnt have time for me. Just extremely rude and I would not recommend.

2 /5 M T: Changing my review. Ive dealt with OneMain on two previous personal loans, they were great to deal with, quick and easy. Recently received a personal offer and decided to follow up on it. Plan was to pay off my truck and consolidate a few other bills. Was looking for about $20,000, it was approved with 24% interest and they wanted my truck as collateral which defeats the purpose of paying it off. A real slap in the face since on my past 2 loans I had perfect payment history and even was paid ahead. Probably wont be a customer again.
