1 /5 Tim Sonker: Spoke to a Brenda, very rude and gave me attitude from the moment she picked up and asked for my name. Basically, if you call past banking hours there is no one there with any actual authority to do anything. All they can do besides helping you with account settings is email your branch. Definitely switching banks, it seems once a year I have an issue and Northwest Customer Service is unable to help in any fashion and I end up having to go in the branch anyway. Wish they never took over my First Niagara Location. Wish my location was one Key took over so I never have to deal with Northwest again. Lost my service and I will be certain never to recommend them to anyone.
