Justine Cheng I called this firm b/c I had an attorney that wasnt doing anything w/my case (for MONTHS) & this firm took on my case & they did things immediately & in a timely manner. They were responsive, attentive & explained every step of the process. My experience at this firm was a complete 360 from the previous attorney I had hired. This firm also had far more experience in what I needed help with. Although the original attorney claimed to know what he was doing I figured out rather quickly he didnt. He even argued with me when I decided to take my situation/case to this law firm. DeFrancisco & Falgiatano had to basically start from scratch due to my previous attorneys lack of organization & skill set. I couldnt thank them enough for all they did & if youre not sure who to hire THIS FIRM IS IT!! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring this firm but minimally going in & talking to them is a must before hiring just any attorney/firm.

Sean Machado This "Lawyer" is actually a debt collection office. shady, illegal practices, cursing, threats of legal action, threats of going to court to intimidate people into paying debts...debts that may not even be valid. They currently claim to be IRP. (The IRP apparently does not stand for anything). criminals in my opinion. they have a BBB rating of F.
