1 /5 Jeff: Security Guards have Uncomfortable and judgmental behavior. People who works here DOES NOT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. Front desk people shouldn’t be working as a front desk. I’ve been here twice and I had the same bad encounter with the people there. The guy at the front desk is ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE! Not paying attention with the question and the lady, aside from she doesn’t know anything she is extremely rude! One of the cashier is also unaccommodating. But person who process the transaction is very helpful and friendly. But this place is full of negativity. Unhappy place.

1 /5 Monique Rice: Me as a seven month pregnant woman arrived at the office to pay tickets on an kisok that wasn’t working and was stopped at the entrance when I tried to bring in my bottle of water. Despite explaining that I was expecting and also managing diabetes, the staff still refused to make an exception to their no-drinks policy. This situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, as hydration is not only important for her pregnancy but also essential for regulating my blood sugar levels. Instead of showing understanding, the office enforced the rule without considering my health needs, which highlighted a lack of compassion and accommodation for my condition.

4 /5 Erik Z: I had an appointment to get my NYC id. Everything went smoothly. Though I had to wait more than 20 minutes after the application was submitted before getting my picture taken. The entire process took around half an hour most of it involved waiting. The staff there are alright. I didnt have any problems with any of them.

1 /5 JOYK VEVO: Today we visited the Information Desk, and the staff member who assisted us was rude and unprofessional. We felt that there was discriminatory treatment and a slightly racist tone, as she told us that what we were requesting could not be done, in a discourteous manner and without clear explanations. We request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure respectful and equitable treatment for all visitors
