1 /5 Taylor Beauvais: The prices were fine but cancelling insurance plans is far more difficult than it needs to be and communications were abysmal. I told them a month ahead of time that were were leaving the country and would be cancelling our Auto insurance. They notified me we would need to hand in license plate return receipts. We worked with the person who would be buying our car and emailed the agency the appropriate paperwork. After that, not another word from them. A month later we start getting notifications about late fees and back payments and all this other stuff. I mailed the documents to them again, still nothing. I emailed them a 3rd time and sent the document in 3 different file formats. They only respond to every 3rd email or so and trying to call will only lead to you speaking with a particularly rude secretary with no interest in answering questions. This has been a huge pain in the butt. I cannot recommend this agency because of this poor customer service that has wasted a lot of time and money for myself and my family.

They do not treat people with respect. Follow up to my review: Your agency told us to find out what happened to the car. We were not rude to you. You yelled over the top of my husband as he tried to explain what happened and didnt give him the opportunity to talk with you. We did everything your agents told us to, and then you back-tracked. I then called after you were rude to my husband and female Teris first response was "how dare you call here." Im trying to resolve an issue and your associate wouldnt let your customers speak. Thats why I called. You were completely unprofessional and we called another office associated with your company and they were appalled by how you treated us. You yelled at me, talked down to me, and added more pain and stress to an already difficult situation, all while I remained calm and as polite as possible. I repeatedly asked you to stop talking to me like I was a child, calling me "honey" and using other denigrating language as you told me off, while I asked simple questions on what paperwork you needed--what forms? Why is this so difficult to answer a simple question after we jumped through hoops to get the information you needed. Your response was "I dont need to help you sweetie, and Im not going to" and "you dont know my job." Clearly its not customer service. Then telling "Shame on you" over and over and ripping me apart over my mothers death so loudly a coworker could hear you berating me until I eventually hung up because the verbal abuse was so bad. Please do yourself a favor, and avoid the verbal abuse you will receive from this office when asking for help. This is not a shallow review from someone unhappy with the news. This is someone who was verbally abused and treated very poorly by a company that doesnt like to be held accountable. Also, I do not appreciate your posting private details about my mothers case on a public forum. I would appreciate it if you took it down as it just demonstrates your continuing lack of professionalism. Also you got the facts wrong, while posting it on a public forum.
