Susan Highly recommended! I found Cote Agency by googling local Saratoga Springs insurance agencies, as I wanted an agent I could call when needed, who knew me vs a 1-800 number agency. I read the reviews about Cote Agency and Nicole, in the Saratoga office. The office and Nicole exceeded my expectations and I knew just talking on the phone with her that I had made the right choice! My work schedule can make it difficult to get to their office and Nicole was able to take care of what was required to get my vehicle insured (new purchase) working directly with the dealership on my behalf. The sales department even commented on her knowledge and expertise when I picked up my car. I followed up with Nicole at her office to complete all the paperwork after purchasing my car. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized, having all documents ready for me to sign. Nicole took care of every detail from car to home insurance ( no heavy sales push at all). Do not hesitate to make a switch to Cote Agency.

Mr White Customers service is not good.Doesnt care about customers truly. Will cancel coverage after being a customer for years, because of late payments. Your better off finding a better insurance company.
