H Yeager One of my longtime customers was recently visiting friends in Norwich and had a problem with the key fob in their rental vehicle. It wouldnt start the vehicle and they were stuck. The rental car company was no help, and neither was the company who arranged the rental for them. On a whim they called Wayne Emmons State Farm to ask for help. Wayne and a team member picked them up and gave them a ride to a local Chrysler dealership and they replaced the battery in the key fob without charge!
