1 /5 Erin Fiesler: I called into the office at 1:00pm today. Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude. I started by stating that I am currently a Nationwide auto policy holder who needs to change my policy from one state to another. His response was and I quote, "Whats your point?" I was taken back and responded, "Wow, that was rude but as I explained my point is that I have a policy in one state and need to changed to New York." He preceded to tell me that New York insurance is very expensive. My reply being, well I bought a house in New York and need my drivers license changed over therefore need to change it. I was so appalled by my interaction with him, I stopped and said, "You know what... I will just call somewhere else. Thank you." and hung up. Not a good look for this insurance broker and not a good look for Nationwide. New to the Buffalo area I am disgusted.
